The following school employees are NOT eligible for the VIP Educator Program discount: College/University Employees, Child Care, Retired Teachers, and Uncertified homeschool teachers.

The Mobility Assist program covers only necessary equipment to adapt an eligible Subaru vehicle for persons with disabilities. The adaptations require a prescription or letter from a medical doctor. (Subaru factory optional equipment is not reimbursable under this program.)

Subaru is proud to offer a special discount to active-duty and reserve members of the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, National Guard, and Coast Guard, as well as veterans and retirees within 24 months of your date of separation.

To receive a military discount, your eligibility must be verified by our trusted partner ID.me. Please register with ID.me before contacting your local participating Subaru retailer. Active Duty (remit one of the following): Current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), Department of Defense correspondence attesting to Duty Status, or SOA Military Eligibility Certificate, completed and signed by the eligible member and an authorized retailer representative. Retiree - must be within twenty-four (24) months of the date of discharge. (remit the following): Form DD 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty). Veteran - must be within twenty-four (24) months of the date of discharge. (remit the following): Form DD 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty). SOA will not accept a photocopy of a Military Identification Card as verification of eligibility for participation in the Subaru Military Discount Program.

Eligible employees include regular full-time, part-time, or retired employees of Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. (SIA) Associates, Subaru of Indiana, Automotive, Inc. (SIA) Associates, Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) or Subaru Indiana Automotive, Inc. (SIA) qualified fleet company. VIP Retailer Visit Authorization forms will be issued only to the eligible fleet company employee and their spouse or domestic partner residing in the same household (address verification required). The VIP participant must be an active member of a Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) marketing affiliate or partner and must be an active and contributing member for at least six (6) consecutive months to participate. Qualified members who contribute $500 or more annually are eligible 30 days after making their donation to an affiliate or partner. Eligibility is determined by the organization and Subaru VIP Department. The VIP Partners Program offer is non-transferable and does not extend to the qualified members other relatives, such as parents, siblings, children, etc.

Applicants who have no prior or current vehicle credit. Applicants cannot have any derogatory or delinquent credit history, past or present.

Minimum customer down payment of $1000 or more (excludes rebates and incentives). Applicant must have valid proof of income.

Applicant who will be graduating within 6 months or who has graduated up to 36 months from date of application with a bachelor's, master's or associate degree from an accredited 2- or 4-year U.S. college, graduate school (including Doctorate) or nursing school. No derogatory credit history, past or present. For joint applications, both applicants must meet all program eligibility requirements.

Applicant must provide proof of graduation. For the student who will be graduating within the next 6 months, either 1) a letter from the registrar's office stating graduation date and type of degree or 2) copy of transcript that states current classes, credits earned, and credits needed for degree or copy of final transcript that states type of degree and date earned. For the applicant who has graduated within 36 months from date of application: a copy of the diploma confirming graduation date or copy of final transcript that states type of degree and date earned. Applicant must have proof of employment and income. If employment has not yet started, a letter from the future employer that shows a start date within 90 days of the graduation date and salary is required, along with verbal verification from current or future employer. Program eligibility is subject to Subaru Motor Finances review of all documentation and verification before funding; additional documentation may be required.
