I previously condemned this outfit as doing business like a small time used car lot. I affirm that re their high pressure to get everytheing they can force out of you but also their reconditioning of used inventory is abysmal. Do NOT go to Rairdon's Subaru looking for a used car. They are the epitome of used car salesmen that have no integrity and don't deserve your business. I drove an hour to Rairdon's to check out a used car, which ended up looking really nice. Once they laid out the final out the door price I was shocked. Nick was extra effort fabulous! Enjoyed his conversation and help. I have a eye washer on by backup camera he helped me confirm. Nick also helped me figure how to save and delete trips. Joe was the salesman we worked with and was very nice and knowledgeable about Subarus and helpful answering all our questions.. Several friends and family members have owned and still own a Subaru, and the quality and safety have been amazing. My father was in an accident while swerving to miss a deer. We believe the airbags under the steering wheel are the reason he sustained only minor injuries. We are very thankful and trust Subura. The service team always does a thorough inspection. Cameron always takes care of us for all three Subarus, and he never tries to "up sale" us to do work sooner than really necessary, which h seems to be the standard at this location. Other places seem afraid that we might have the work done later somewhere else, which is never the case at Rairdan Subaru of Auburn.

They charged me a service fee for using my credit card going to the dealer for service is expensive but I expect that this just seems low rent and petty I hope that they enjoy the extra 20 bucks they have lost my business

Love this dealership! I have been using them for the last 5 years and they do not disappoint! Nicholas is great to work with. He is always honest in my opinion. The last work they did on my car was for a recall issue plus added on their recommendation for the walnut spray. My car runs better than when it was new and I have 111000 miles on it! Love this shop!

Excellent care from Nazar in customer service. He kept me informed during the process. The car was ready when he said. He also checked to make sure I installed the cargo mat correctly.
Second vehicle purchase at this dealership. First buying experience was great. Second buying experience was trash. Sales people will tell you anything you want to hear, but when it comes time to sign the paperwork the promises are forgotten and you’re told “we can’t do that”. I ended up buying anyway because I didn’t want to go through the process with another dealership. A prudent buyer would steer clear of this dealership.
Great service under a stressful car breakdown. Called ahead and Nazar met me at the counter, gave me a glass of water and the keys to a rental car. He patiently answered all my questions which were plenty and kept in touch regarding the repairs.

Van in sales offered stellar customer service throughout the process. Final finance department was upsetting. He simply would not take a polite no for an answer on warranty upsells leaving me in a bad mood.

Long story short, Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn has a very scammy finance team. They repeatedly pushed a $3,500 warranty and $1,500 windshield warranty. I told them I wasn't interested FIVE times before they let it go. They even had the audacity to say these were inexpensive ad ons (while wearing a three tiered diamond ring). They "required" a $795 LoJack subscription, even though this wasn't in the agreed upon purchase price or in any of the car's documentation.

just a little advice. don't get taken advantage off by this dealership. the way they compute APR's is xx and the way the financial manager and agent dupes you into the deal is something you don't want to experience as a first-time buyer. this dealership really opened my eyes and learned that sales deception tactic is real.
