What’s New for the Impreza RS?

Built for fun, the highly-capable Impreza RS is redesigned for the 2024 model year. Perhaps the most notable upgrade is the 2.5L SUBARU BOXER engine, a machine capable of 182 hp and 178 lb-ft of torque. It’s more powerful than the base engine in the Impreza lineup, offering those seeking thrills a chance to own the road. Taking over for the manual transmission is an 8-speed continuously variable transmission that makes its powerful engine a little more accessible. The Impreza RS is equipped with Subaru’s Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, which is standard across other Impreza trims, taking it on and off the road with ease.
