It’s not at all uncommon for drivers to buy a vehicle and then decide it just doesn’t have all the amenities or space that they wanted. Here at Subaru of Auburn, we always try to walk you through all of your options, but as a buyer, it can sometimes be a difficult decision until you’ve actually spent a few days with the vehicle.

So, if this happens to you after your purchase at Subaru of Auburn, you’ll be able to take advantage of our 7-Day Trial Exchange Policy. If you buy a vehicle from us but decide within 7 days that it just doesn’t have all the equipment you want or the space you need, just bring it back and we’ll exchange it for something else… no questions asked.

The only stipulations with this policy are that the vehicle must still be in the same condition as when you bought it and have no more than 400 additional miles put on it since the time you purchased it. Any vehicles exchanged must also only be exchanged for a vehicle of equal or greater value.

This policy does apply to both new and used vehicles. Just keep in mind that you can only exchange a new vehicle for a new vehicle, and you can only exchange a used vehicle for a used vehicle.
