Will there be any SubieEvents in the Pacific Northwest?

One of our favorite things about the Subaru brand is the community that has been created around it. There are tons of passionate fans and enthusiasts who love Subaru vehicles just as much as we do, which is probably why early last month Subaru announced the return of its annual enthusiast event series: SubieEvents. We’re absolutely thrilled that Subaru enthusiasts across the country get the opportunity to get together and celebrate the brand and everything it does, but will there be a SubieEvents gathering here in the Pacific Northwest? You bet!

What are SubieEvents?

Each and every SubieEvents gathering will have thousands of Subaru vehicles in attendance and feature a host of fun activities for the whole family, including live competitions, interactive experiences, exciting giveaways, exclusive vendors and more. For example, enthusiasts will be able to bring their own Subaru vehicle to the event and drive it on specially designed autocross courses, testing their own driving abilities and the abilities of their Subaru vehicle.

Of course, you’ll also get to see all kinds of special Subaru vehicles, including special edition and vintage models as well as rally car and Gymkhana display models. One exciting vehicles that will be on display is the late, great Ken Block’s #43 2007 Subaru WRX STI.

In addition, thanks to Subaru Loves Pets, you’ll even be able to adopt pets at each of these events. Subaru is partnering with local organizations around each event locale to create pet adoption opportunities at every single event. Other fun activities include iRacing simulators, purchasing custom Subaru gear, creating stickers and more.

2023 Event Schedule

The first event is already in the books as it took place in Stafford Springs, Connecticut, on June 11th. There will be two events in July, one in August, two in September and the final event in October. Locations include Arcadia, California, York, Pennsylvania,  Dallas, Texas, Joliet, Illinois, and Daytona Beach, Florida. All of these are in addition to, of course, the event here in the Pacific Northwest.

On July 30th we hope to attend the event titled “Big Northwest,” which will take place at the Portland International Raceway in Portland, Oregon.
